Residents Associations and Service Improvement Panel
We currently have 1 residents association operating on our estates. If you are interested in forming a new association or a less formal group, please contact us for further information. We also have a service improvement panel which involves residents in how services can be improved. If you are interested in becoming a member, please contact the office for further information.
Service Reviews
We have ongoing reviews of the services we provide. If you receive a questionnaire, asking for your views, it would be of great help if you would complete and return it to us.
Tenancy Agreement
All tenants are required to sign a tenancy agreement at the start of their tenancy.
This legal document contains the rights and responsibilities of both tenant and landlord and governs the relationship between us.
In addition we have introduced a separate Service Agreement . This will summarise the service you as a tenant can expect from us, and what as a landlord we expect from you.
The Pyramid
We aim to produce a regular newsletter, The Pyramid , which is issued at least twice a year. We are keen to include more articles from our residents. If you have any ideas, please contact Paul James at the office or e-mail him here
Reporting Routine Repairs
Repairs should be reported as soon as a defect is noticed. Repairs are carried out by local contractors and are prioritised as follows:
A Emergency 24 hrs
B Urgent 7 days
C Routine 28 days

Cyclical Repairs
The Association is responsible for the external redecoration of your home. This is normally carried out every 5 years by a contractor appointed by us. You will be informed of when redecoration will take place so that access etc can be arranged to complete the works.
Major Repairs
All building components have a life cycle after which they need replacing. We have a programme of major repair and replacement which includes rewiring, window and door replacement, new kitchens and bathrooms, central heating upgrades etc. There is always a certain amount of disruption when this work takes place. We will keep you informed when any works on your home are required so that you are inconvenienced as little as possible.
