We are pleased to confirm that with effect from Monday, 6th July the office will re-open to the public.
Since the ‘lockdown’ was imposed in March, there have been a number of restrictions in place to minimise the risk of virus transmission. In order to re-open therefore, we have been required to ensure that the office is ‘Covid Secure’. This means we have taken additional steps to minimise the risk to staff and visitors.
Entry to the office is now by way of a door entry system, limiting admission to no more than 2 households at a time. If someone is at the reception counter, any additional visitors will be asked to wait in a waiting area before being called forward. Everyone entering the office will be asked to sanitize their hands. A glass screen has also been installed over the counter for additional protection.
Please help us to keep everyone safe.
We are also starting to deal with more non-emergency repairs as our contractors begin to take on more work. This will be a gradual process as working in the home raises a number of safety issues. Please bear with us as we try to move to a more normal service over the summer.
Hi! This is my first visit to your blog! We are a group of volunteers and
starting a new project in a community in the same niche.
Your blog provided us useful information to work on. You have done a marvellous job!
Thanks!

Hiya
Many windows have blown yet again.
Every morning my partner has to demist them. Yes the window vents are open regularly.
Ice on the inside of the windows are forming in the mornings. Black condensation have appeared on many walls again !
Are the windows due to be replaced? As they are rubbish .
