Following the imposition of the 3rd national lockdown by the Government to control the spread of Covid 19, we are making further changes to the office.
From Wednesday, 6th January 2021, the office will be closed to callers unless by pre-arranged appointment.
If you use the office to pay your rent, please do so through one of the other payment options available. Check the website for further information.
The repair service will inevitably be affected as we rely on the availability of contractors. Please refrain from reporting minor repairs but note these to be reported in due course. We will continue to provide an emergency service and also complete those repairs that we can in reasonable time and subject to the availability of contractors. We will suspend the completion targets temporarily until we have a clearer idea of the impact of the new measures.
